Return Policies

• The Fiber Closet wants to make sure that you are satisfied with your order. If there is a problem, please contact us immediately via email, at fibercloset@sbcglobal.net, or by phone at 1-765-569-2953. Include your order number and a description of the problem. We will then provide you with shipping instructions.
• Unused yarn in its original condition may be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of purchase. When exchanging yarn the customer pays for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
• Books, needles and patterns are always final sale unless they are damaged in shipping or the wrong product was shipped.
• Please note: Differences in computer monitors may cause yarn colors to appear slightly different than actual yarn color. Your shopping cart will show you if an item is not available in the quantity you desire or is out of stock.
• Not all items and yarn colors are guaranteed to be in stock.
• Special orders are non-returnable.

Domestic Payment and Shipping

• In most cases, orders are shipped within 3-5 days of the date of order; however, delivery of some items may be 4-6 weeks depending on availability.
• If an item is not available with the 4-6 week time period, the customer will be notified.  Backorders will not be charged additional shipping.
• Rockville, Indiana, area customers may wish to select "Will Call" on the shipping page and pick up their purchases at The Fiber Closet. Your purchase will be ready and waiting for you.
•  Residents of Indiana and orders with a Ship To of Indiana will be charged 7% sales tax calculated on the total of the order including shipping charges. Residents and Ship To addresses of all other states are responsible for paying any applicable local sales tax.
• We ship via USPS. Shipping rates are based on order total as follows: For standard shipping methods:  $.01-$19.99 shipping is $2.99; $20-$49.99 shipping is $3.99and over $50.00 shipping is FREE.Shipped USPS Priority mail, the rates are:  $.01-$19.00 shipping is $5.25; $20-$49.99 shipping is $5.25 and $50.00 and over is $7.00.

Special Orders

It may be possible to Special Order an item. Please contact us via our email contact form, at fibercloset@sbcglobal.net, or by phone at 765-569-2953. Special Orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
